Our wide range of services covers all engine types, whether diesel or gasoline. We also carry out repairs on reconditioned replacement engines or tested used engines. We have a trained eye for a wide variety of engine types and their problems. We check them for damage with a high degree of accuracy and take care of the repair or overhaul.
Technical necessities are just as important to us as the economic aspects. At Alpani, repairs are carried out where possible and sensible and components are replaced where necessary.
After the diagnosis, you will of course be informed of the exact damage. We will let you know whether the add-on parts (turbocharger, manifold, injectors, etc.) have also been damaged or whether they are still fully functional. The add-on parts (and any damage caused by them) are not covered by the warranty and will only be replaced at your personal request.
- Overhaul of the fuselage engine with original equipment quality spare parts;
- The cylinder head is depressurized, surface-ground and the valve seats are machined;
- If damaged, the valves are replaced;
- If the engine block is oversized, it is drilled and honed depending on its condition;
- Checking and cleaning the pistons and replacing the piston rings;
- The crankshaft is checked for damage, polished or ground, depending on the findings;
- Connecting rod bearing shells and crankshaft main bearings are replaced;
- Timing belt/timing chain set is replaced depending on the vehicle;
- All seals are replaced with original spare parts;
- All fluids (antifreeze, engine oil, air conditioning refrigerant) are replaced;
- Interior and exterior cleaning of your vehicle;
- Fault memory is deleted and components are recoded if necessary;
- An extensive test drive with a final inspection concludes the work.

We are an independent master workshop specializing in Mercedes-Benz. This means that we work according to proven manufacturer specifications and use original parts, but often offer more attractive conditions and more personal service than large authorized dealers.
We provide a minimum one-year guarantee on all work carried out and original parts installed. Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts also come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty. We draw up individual warranty agreements for major repairs.
Service A or B takes three to five hours, depending on the model. If necessary, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle. For more extensive work, we arrange individual appointments and inform you transparently about the time required.
Yes, exclusively. Original spare parts are your insurance against consequential damage and loss of value. We do not accept any alternatives, especially for safety-relevant parts and electronic components. We never compromise on quality.
