Are you an official Mercedes authorized workshop?

We are an independent master workshop specializing in Mercedes-Benz. This means that we work according to proven manufacturer specifications and use original parts, but often offer more attractive conditions and more personal service than large authorized dealers.

What guarantees do you give for repairs?

We provide a minimum one-year guarantee on all work carried out and original parts installed. Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts also come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty. We draw up individual warranty agreements for major repairs.

How long does a typical inspection take?

Service A or B takes three to five hours, depending on the model. If necessary, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle. For more extensive work, we arrange individual appointments and inform you transparently about the time required.

Do you use original spare parts?

Yes, exclusively. Original spare parts are your insurance against consequential damage and loss of value. We do not accept any alternatives, especially for safety-relevant parts and electronic components. We never compromise on quality.
